Applications begin in late August
According to the ministry's official schedule, applications for the Education Institution Administrator Training Program will be accepted on August 25 and 26. The results of that application stage are scheduled for August 27. Former administrators seeking reassignment will then submit their evaluation applications from August 28 through August 31.
The ministry says the process is being conducted under its regulation governing administrator appointments in educational institutions. The official PDF presents each operation in a separate date range. Applicants will need to follow the sequence for applications, evaluation results, objections and preferences.
Training and evaluation stages
Training under the Education Institution Administrator Training Program is scheduled for September 1-13. Provincial Evaluation Commissions will conduct their assessment work for principal and deputy-principal positions from September 1 through September 3. Initial evaluation results are due to be released on September 4.
Applicants will be able to file objections between September 7 and September 11. The review of objections and publication of final evaluation results is scheduled for September 14 and 15. That sequence is intended to complete the assessment process before candidates enter their institutional preferences.
Preferences, approval and final results
Electronic preferences for reassignment will be collected from September 17 through September 21. The approval period for those preferences runs from September 17 to September 22. The ministry plans to announce reassignment results on September 25, with successful applicants beginning their duties from September 28.
