What happens after August 14?
A separate commission stage is available for students who remain without a placement after the second transfer result. The ministry and Anadolu Agency state that applications for remaining vacancies will be accepted by provincial and district student placement and transfer commissions from August 17 through August 26. The placement process is scheduled to be completed on August 28.
The official sequence treats the second transfer round and commission placement as separate stages. Second-round preferences close on August 12, and their result arrives on August 14. Commission applications then open on August 17. The August 14 result therefore determines whether an unplaced student needs to proceed to the later commission process described in the ministry’s timetable.
