Reuters reported the same five-year contract, the €38 million fixed fee and potential bonuses of up to €12 million in an independent report published later on Sunday.
Juventus’ financial notice provides the clearest account of the payment structure. The €38 million consideration will be spread over four financial years. Ancillary costs may add as much as €3.2 million, while further performance objectives could trigger bonuses capped at €12 million. The public documents do not explain the individual bonus conditions, so the possible maximum should not be presented as a guaranteed final cost.
Numbers from his first Juventus spell
Kolo Muani previously played for Juventus during the first half of 2025. Juventus and PSG both say he made 22 appearances in that spell, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists. Juventus said the 27-year-old now returns to the attacking group available to head coach Luciano Spalletti ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
PSG’s official career summary lists 11 goals and seven assists in 54 appearances for the Paris club. It also credits him with three trophies there: Ligue 1, the Coupe de France and the Trophée des Champions. Kolo Muani spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur. PSG says he played 41 matches in all competitions for the London side, registering five goals and five assists. Juventus also confirms the 41-appearance total.
What the move means for Juventus
The club announcements do not provide a detailed tactical plan for Kolo Muani. Juventus does, however, state that he has joined Spalletti’s attacking options for the new season. The permanent deal marks a second Turin chapter after his 2025 loan, this time under a contract extending to 2031. His name also appears in the summer tour squad published by Juventus on August 2.
The forward developed in Nantes’ academy before playing for the French club’s senior team, Eintracht Frankfurt and PSG. According to PSG’s announcement, he has recorded 32 senior appearances and nine goals for France. Those career figures provide context for the signing but remain separate from the financial terms of the transaction.

With the registration agreement and employment contract announced, Kolo Muani is eligible to join Juventus’ preseason work. The club’s August 2 tour list covers trips to Hong Kong and Perth and includes the forward.
